Account Support Executive Roles
Salary: £23k to 28k dependent on experience
Location: Ashton Under Lyne OL7
The Account Support Executive role supports the administration, coordination and development of Contracts and Sales Teams within an assigned sector. The role helps grow and retain existing business through the effective and efficient administration and coordination of the assigned teams and customers. The role also supports the delivery of contract compliance for existing contracts, frameworks and customers. More specifically within role, the requirements are:
• Monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction levels & execution of actions to deliver improved customer satisfaction
• Monitoring & measuring sales & Contract compliance across The Customer’s location(s).
• Data collation, analysis, and the maintenance of accurate and up to date records relating to the portfolio of locations.
• Office based point of contact for Stakeholders, join stakeholder meetings and prepare data for review meetings.
• Pricing and data management, ensure consistency of account structure and pricing, police the accuracy and communication of all order forms/online shopping baskets and customer bespoke requirements.
• Management of one-off projects, coordinate projects as required and liaise with OD stakeholders, work with the Account Management team and OD stakeholders to oversee agreed special projects.
• Support the sales effort, provide administrative support in the production, implementation and delivery of specific sales efforts to ensure maximum success at all times.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous Sales and or Customer Service Experience.
• Be PC literate: MS Office and excellent Excel skills
• Good networking skills
• Confident in liaising with internal and external customers
• Can work within complex organisation structures
• Demonstrable planning skills, well organised
• Attention to detail; thorough, accurate, pride in delivering quality work.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to present in a professional manner.
• Ability to think independently, can bring ideas and pinion to the table.
