This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growth healthy food brand. Currently one of the quickest growing UK FMCG brands, this emerging category leader has been doubling in size year on year and is only set to grow further as they reach a mass audience and gain further momentum. Boasting some of the best and brightest FMCG talent they are now looking for another superstar to join their team.

This extensive role combines both account and people management. Firstly as Commercial Manager you will be fully P& responsible for managing national wholesale accounts such as Brakes, 3663 as well as some key contract caterers. You'll be expected to drive distribution in existing customers as well as pick up new business wins. Secondly as field sales manager you'll lead a team of young, dynamic field sales executives across the London and South East. This fast paced role, will involve executing the field sales strategy in order to deliver revenue and distribution growth.

With great development opportunities across the business as it continues to grow exponentially, we are looking for someone with the natural ability to take broader leadership and commercial positions in future.

We are looking for a high calibre and ambitious FMCG Key Account Manager or Junior Sales Manager looking to take a step up. In order to be selected for this role you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, have a track record of career achievement in a branded FMCG/food or drink business. Knowledge of the wholesale market or out of home area would be beneficial but not essential. Whilst some experience of people management would be interesting we're also prepared to take a risk on a rising FMCG star.
