NOW TV is currently in a rapid growth period as we expand our product offering and the routes to market in which we operate. As part of this expansion over the last year we launched our retail channel to make our products and services available in national multiples and via face-to-face direct selling. This Retail Account Controller role exists to execute this strategy.

The Retail Account Controller will help shape the continued strategy and direction for the NOW TV retail go-to-market approach. As well as creating and maintaining direct relationships with our key retail accounts you will manage the delivery and launch of our products into retail. You will have direct responsibility for 3-4 of these large national accounts and be responsible for developing the existing relationships to optimise our target results, running weekly trading meetings, tracking sales performance, providing insight & analysis for risks and opportunities. Developing new accounts; negotiating commercial & trading agreements, agreeing a supply chain process, compliance agreements and a penalty process, commercial over-ride agreements and commission proposals.

This role will involve significant travel 1-2 days per week, mainly across London and the Home Counties.

To apply for this role it is essential that you have proven relevant experience in a retail account management role dealing with major national multiples, highly desirable that you have worked in the consumer electronic or content related product market with a variety of retailers. With strong financial and budget management understanding you'll bring a thorough understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of bringing products to market in this space and developing accounts to realise their full potential.

You'll be commercially and analytically minded with strong financial evaluation and performance marketing management skills and well as strong relationship building skills and excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
