Business Development Manager - Specialist safety equipment

MANUFACTURER: Long established, this niche organisation provide a high quality range of safety / survival equipment used within a variety of sectors. They are currently seeking to recruit a driven, consultative sales professional in the Aberdeen area.

THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager you will be mostly managing and winning relationships within end users (typically within the marine, shipping and ferry / cruise sectors), with some distributor involvement. Contact level will be health and safety managers, vessel captains, supervisors and owners and purchasing / procurement. Candidates must have a proven and stable account management / new business sales background and be consultative in their approach. Preference will be given to those with a safety / marine related background. Full product training will be provided and career / earning prospects long term for high achievers are attractive.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary - £30,000 to £32,000

Commission/Bonus - £5,000+

Company Vehicle - Fully expensed Audi A3 / Mercedes A180
