This is an exciting opportunity to work for an outstanding continental cheese company with an international presence. For the last 20 years my clients has been providing the highest quality of cheese through the UK and Ireland, but have recently been taken into the international market through a majority buy out. They place a huge amount of emphasis on their company values and the implementation of these values has excelled their growth dramatically. They are now looking to extend their growth within their convenience team; they are looking for a hungry and dynamic account manager to drive their category forward.

Your role will be to come in account develop their convenience sector. You will be expected to develop a good relationship with the buyer and really drive account growth. You need to have a passion for the sales process to continue my clients success. You will be fully responsible for the day to day running of the account and will be totally P&L responsible. You will track sales including new products and promotions against forecast and recommend action to meet or exceed targets.

You must have had a minimum of 3 years' experience in National Account Management as well as being P&L responsible for the account. Experience of managing convenience is a must.

Dairy experience would be an advantage as well as working with branded and own label products but strong FMCG candidates from other backgrounds will be considered. Excellent communication skills are essential as it is a highly customer facing role and will require good relationship building skills, and you must be able to interpret data effectively.
