Job Description
We are looking for exceptional National Account Managers to work in the Convenience and Impulse sector who have a passion to exceed plans as owners of their business. Analytical, numerical and creative, you will have the ability to turn insight into actionable plans with urgency to deliver both Heinz and category growth with our customers. You will have a proven track record of delivering against targets at a top and bottom line, through excellent selling and negotiating skills to achieve personal and professional success. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Execution of an annual Customer Category Plan clearly detailing specific objectives, strategies and tactics to achieve category business targets.
• Generate the maximum ROI from our investments. Implement key contractual pricing decisions, work with Channel Marketing to ensure maximum return from NPD initiatives/developments and investment. 
• Effectively manage category deals & allowances (D&A) to achieve the maximum return for Heinz and achieve company sales budgets.
• Particular responsibility is attached to forecasting and every effort should be made to forecast timely and accurately using sales history, daily sales, customer internet databases where available and any other market intelligence.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar capacity, ideally within FMCG (but by no means essential). To qualify for this role you will have a strong commercial background (experience of P&L ownership), excellent stakeholder management skills, outstanding influencing and negotiating skills and an ability to push to hit targets and further enhance our relationships for these accounts.
