If you are looking for a challenge that will develop your skills and progress your career in a fast paced key growth area, this is it.  You will be a member of the category  team at Jordans & Ryvita with overall ownership of the Ryvita strategy across all accounts.  As the Category lead for Ryvita you will be responsible for driving a market leading category growth agenda across all major strategic retail partners. The internal creation of a Category Strategy team has allowed the Category Activation function to be truly externally facing and you will be encouraged to maximise your external customer interaction.

You will be tasked with delivering sustainable category and activation solutions, based on overall brand strategy, and you will develop and implement retailer specific plans to bring the brand plan to life in-store, driving a unified brand message to the consumer to encourage increased trial, spend and ultimately profitability.

You will work closely with retail partners to maximise the successful activation of New Product Development programs,  from the initial concept identified through targeted consumer insight to in-store merchandising and marketing initiatives to increase NPD success.   Through the integration of consumer marketing, trade marketing and analysis of promotional activity you will align brand and category strategies into profitable consumer focused growth solutions.

You will have significant experience of Category Management in the FMCG/Retail sector and a proven track record of building and influencing a network of category contacts in the trade and across the industry.  Experience and prior training are always important but just as crucial will be your attitude, passion, values, desire and willingness to be consistently pushed to progress at pace. These values will be showcased through your loyalty and commitment in previous roles.
