Salary: £26,000 - £34,999 (depending on skills and experience) plus benefits

We are looking for 7 Field Performance Managers to help lead our English and Welsh field team. These new roles will support the Regional Manager in delivering fieldwork to NatCen’s quality standards and targets through the effective leadership of a team of field interviewers.

We are looking for experienced managers with proven leadership skills and a successful track record of exceeding targets and delivering KPIs.  Strong communication skills and an ability to interpret data and reports to help drive performance are also essential.
