Job Description
The focus of the role is to develop strategic shopper focussed partnerships with customers through driving shopper insight into action to deliver category growth, and incremental sales for Heinz. Using insight (channel, customer, shopper, consumer, mission) to customise category value drivers and co-create bespoke shopper solutions across range and space, promotions, formats, shopper marketing and retail execution to ensure Heinz are the architects of category growth. Your responsibbilities will include:
• Sets the customer specific vision, strategy and ways of working for customer insight.
• Provides insight to customers from a macro perspective, including the relationship between total till roll performance/shopper behaviour, the macro category performance (Grocery, Frozen, Health & Beauty), and the broader category, as aligned with the customer’s reporting structure.
• Uses actionable insight from diverse data sources (Kantar WP, Nielsen, retailer specific data etc.) to build a joint roadmap that aligns to tailored category value drivers, targets shopper behaviour, and integrates with the customer JBP.
• Develops and delivers bespoke shopper solutions for product, placement, promotions and pricing (right range, right space, right format) including stores trials and the roll-out of a differentiated plan
• Coaching and development of Customer Insight Analysts in delivery of all customer Development objectives.
Inspires cross-functionally within Heinz with an objective expert view of the customer, including overall customer strategy, total till roll performance, and category performance

Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of Category Management from a FMCG background, with a focus on directly influencing customers and their plans. We are looking for someone with strong analytical, (data/insight), strategic and influencing skills that go along with energy and passion to deliver results.
