They have recently acquired the Unilever meats snack business to become the fastest expanding company in the category, with their market-leading brands; Jack Link’s, Peperami and BiFi across Europe. Reporting into the UK & Ireland Country Manager, this individual will shape and lead the Convenience and Impulse channel, initially ensuring the continued success of the Peperami brand.
This is a genuine opportunity for a Senior National Account Manager/Controller to develop and progress in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing business whilst making an impact on the organisation as it evolves.
The Role
- Build mutually successful and long-term relationships across a varied and wide ranging customer base.
- Investigate the channel for new routes-to-market, explore and acquire new customers and develop those accounts to be profitable business partners.
- Work in collaboration with colleagues in Marketing to develop brand and promotional plans which raise the awareness and achieve increased profitable sales.
The Candidate
- Experience within the branded FMCG/food & drink/consumer products arena working in the Impulse/OOH/Convenience/Wholesale and Foodservice channels.
- A proven track record in progressive customer management strategies which support the growth of brands. A hands-on approach to account management and business development is required.
- Results driven with an entrepreneurial style. A self-starter who is pro-active, passionate and ambitious to make their mark.
