Field Based Account Manager

Our Client, an innovative food business, is looking to expand their existing team with an experienced and driven account manager. The company provides a wide range of confectionery products into a variety of independent retailers. The territory covered will be throughout the South East of England.

This Role

  • Achieve the predetermined sales target by opening new accounts of the right quality & within agreed market sectors

  • Improve in-store availability of their products by assessing existing merchandising & advising customer on improvements

  • Assist The Sales & Marketing Director in the successful development, implementation and assessment of various Sales & Marketing campaigns

  • This role will involve travel as you will be covering the whole of South East England

The Candidate

  • The successful candidate will have experience in sales, a background in relationship building and a proven track record in customer acquisition and development

  • The ideal candidate will have food sales experience, with preferably a background in confectionery

  • The candidate needs to be persistent, motivated and driven to success

  • Needs to be very customer orientated and will have account management experience

What’s On Offer?

  • £28,000 - £30,000 + Car + Expenses

  • OTE £12,000 Annual bonus

  • Monday to Friday
