Due to our expansion plans and to continue the success story, we are looking to expand our Buying function by recruiting fantastic FMCG Buyers and Senior Buyers, in both food and non-food.

These roles will include the usual responsibilities as well as:

Suppliers - Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with suppliers

Thinking Ahead - Structuring range plans, promotional planning and forecasting projected sales and margin

Pioneer winning propositions - Ensure our customers know our distinct offering compared to our competitors

Delivering Results - Be proud about delivering the amazing numbers you will achieve in your role but also continue to drive sales and category performance

Be a great communicator - Using your skills to drive clear and concise communication with all your customers internally and externally

Develop our Talent - Coach and mentor junior members of your team so they can be great too

You'll definitely need proven experience of Buying in a FMCG environment. Just as important though, you really enjoy being part of a fast moving and entrepreneurial environment. A place where individuals are encouraged and supported to deliver something exceptional.
