Salary: £27,500- £30,000 (Bens, including private health insurance, contributory pension scheme & company car)

The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring maximum profitability from efficient site operations with high standards in terms of Health and Safety compliance, appearance, administration and the implementation of marketing initiatives. They will also be responsible for the recruitment, training and development of site Retailers. It will be necessary to co-ordinate between sites and Head Office in order to ensure that site expenditure is controlled and customer relations are managed.

The successful candidate will also display the following skills:

• Computer Skills with competent use of Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Understanding of Forecourt operations.
• Economic Evaluation/Business focused.
• Able to add value.

Flexibility in hours of work will also be required. Some experience working with the petrol station retail industry will be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given to the successful applicant.
