Job Details
Our client is a market leader in the drinks sector who have exciting plans to develop their portfolio and build on their existing account base; they are looking for intelligent, enthusiastic candidate who wants to develop their sales career with aspirations to move into National / Key accounts in a realistic time frame.
The main criteria of this role is to manage a geographic territory increase the distribution and profitability of our clients successful brand portfolio to on average 200 accounts who are mainly Independent On-Trade outlets, Regional wholesalers, Independent Specialists within the set geographical region.
Our client would like to see candidates with a natural flare for sales and are looking to join a company that rewards success and has a focus on developing individuals progression, the role requires energy and enthusiasm and would suit a graduate calibre candidate who has some FMCG sales experience looking to take the next step
Key Competencies
• Currently working within sales, ideally field based.
• Knowledge of the Drinks Market preferred but not essential
• Excellent presenter with confidence
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Strong financial understanding with a creative approach to driving change
• Strong negotiation skills.
You must have high energy, personable style with a great attitude and personality and a willingness to strive to be the best
