One of our most esteemed international FMCG clients is seeking a highly motivated and presentable Senior National Account Manager to proactively manage the relationship between them and their National Account customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to define optimum channel servicing to enhance customer service and make their mark by achieving sales and profits targets.
Reporting to the National Account Controller, you'll devise a strategic business plan to achieve key marketing objectives within the National Account sector. As Senior National Account Manager you will also:
- Agree and deliver price increases
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Create new ideas to enhance your accounts
- Work with key personnel to secure optimum space & shelf layout for the clients’ brands
- Brief Brand Managers on Trade Marketing requirements
- Produce monthly reports, value forecasts and contact reports
- Have experience of supplying Holland & Barrett.
The successful candidate will ideally be a graduate with experience at Sales Manager and/or Key Account/National Account level within a Pharmacy, FMCG or Personal Care branded supplier business. An understanding of margins, customer profitability and sales targets within a fast moving retail environment are also essential to thrive in this role.
We're looking for someone who can communicate effectively at the highest level. Well-spoken, confident, persuasive and flexible, you’ll also need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
