Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for a national account manager on Waitrose do drive profitable growth in the on trend retailer.
The Business
As a major blue chip operation with a small culture feel in the North of England, this branded FMCG group has a reputation for quality and differentiation across its popular product base. With a presence across both brand and own label and along established presence across major multiples, convenience, wholesale and specialist independents they are looking to continue to grow the business capability from through expansion across its category and now seek an exceptional account manager on Waitrose to propel the business further forward.
The Role
This role will operate within a real innovation led category which is heavily NPD driven and is at the cutting edge of consumer trends. A strong commercial understanding combined with the ability to grow business using category principles will position you to become a future Controller.
The Individual
Personality, fit, ability to work within a highly dynamic but friendly team will get you 70% of the way there. You must however have prior exposure to working with Waitrose to a National Account Manager level and understand the inner workings of who they are and how they work.
