This well established market leading business is looking for a commercial, innovative, Brand Manager/Product Manager with a passion for own label product development and marketing to drive growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.

The job role involves:

• Developing and implementing appropriate brand plans in conjunction with the commercial team
• Driving profit and sales within the own brand category, across a variety of food product areas
• Maintaining core values and ensuring own brand products align with customer needs
• Creating a range of private label products from concept through to launch and managing the full product life cycle of the brand/product.

The successful candidate must possess:

•  Proven track record in own label food brand management
•  A creative individual that takes a hands on approach
•  Strong implementation / execution skills
•  A proven track record of product range delivery across a variety of   food categories
•  Commercial acumen and analytical ability
