Market Insight Manager - Crop Protection Division
What you can expect:
In this role, you will develop and implement value creating intelligence and insights for the UK and Ireland Crop Protection business unit based on detailed knowledge, understanding and analysis of customer needs and
preferences. This will include maintaining all Farmer Focus market intelligence within the CRM database and monitoring the data being entered, cleansed and validated. In addition, you will design, develop and communicate Farmer Focus market insight reports which detail key findings, main challenges and key drivers of farmer buying behavior. You will manage and monitor the market research to be used as a basis for the development of AgSolutions within Crop Protection and Agronomy thought leadership. This will include analysis of market trends at both a macro and micro
level, key competitor behaviour, and the development of hypotheses, articles and points of view to be used as the basis for discussion and market testing for relevant Farmer Focus activity.
What we expect:
Qualified to degree level, you have proven significant experience in both qualitative and quantitative state of the art research methodologies. Beyond that, you have solid project management knowledge and you are able to use your multitasking skills to implement and manage multiple projects
simultaneously within time and budget constraints. Not only are you analytical and have insight generation capability, but you are also flexible and creative. Using your strong written and verbal communication skills, you have the ability to clearly communicate results and conclusions in reports and presentations. Being proactive, you can work independently as well as within teams. Beyond being computer literate (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), you have experience of working with CRM systems (SAP CRM, Salesforce.com) and customer data.
