A hugely exciting opportunity has arisen in a Senior Brand Innovation Manager for a leading global FMCG food business, based in the South East. This is a key marketing role which specialises in brand innovation for the UK and Ireland and requires flexibility to travel.

As Senior Brand Innovation Manager, you will play a key part in a key strategic area of the business that is currently entering a period of growth. You will ultimately be responsible for managing the 1-3 year innovation pipeline across all brands in a specific category, commercialising agreed projects and delivering through to take-to-market handover.

In doing this you will:
  • Build rich insight and knowledge through consumer, customer and competitor markets
  • Work cross functionally, finding solutions to enable innovation which has clear consumer insight and will deliver long term strategic growth
  • Project manage, working closely with the brand, sales, shopper, category and R&D teams
  • Support the brand team in any insight and concept writing for renovation projects that require development and testing


Successful applicants:
  • Will have already operated in a similar role for an FMCG business, who are looking for a new challenge that presents huge career progression opportunities and/ or the stability of a large and functional team
  • Will have the understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, able to engage and manage consultants/ agencies
  • Will understand brands within FMCG and also able to operate with the pace set within private label
  • Will be able to demonstrate innovation projects which have increased market share/ ROI/ brand awareness/ penetration
  • Will be strong communicators, able to influence senior key stakeholders
  • Will be able to demonstrate cross functional and collaborative working


This role is based in Surrey, however requires flexibility to spend up to 2 days a week in Ireland.
