The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for helping to improve sales strategy, methodology and approach, creating a more efficient and effective sales organisation as a result. You will support both field and telephony sales teams, ensuring the smooth running of the day to day activities with the ability to build and execute on programs that drive superior sales results. The candidate must be a strong leader, extremely well organised, analytical, detail-oriented and quality-minded.


They must be able to identify and act on opportunities for improvement in process, reporting, analytics, forecasting and performance metrics.

The Role

  • Manage evolution and adoption of Salesforce CRM and other sales tools within direct sales teams.
  • Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales team focus on performance drivers
  • Importing the clients daily sales feeds into Salesforce
  • Working with regional sales leaders to ensure clear visibility on sales performance and regular KPI reporting
  • Working closely with the Sales Operations Executive and Systems Developer to improve system processes
  • Providing ad hoc analysis to the management team
  • Enriching the CRM database to help provide leads for the sales team
  • Management of user requests and training
  • Responsible for the accuracy, quality and integrity of business data
  • Key role in data alignment for new contract setups
  • Supporting the Sales Operations Executive as and when required

The Person  

  • You will need to be outgoing and highly organised, with excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Be able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
  • Have a flexible and organised attitude with the ability to deliver to challenging deadlines
  • Experienced systems user with a good understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and CRM
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Be comfortable working in a changing and demanding environment and enjoy being part of a team.
