National Account Manager - Wholesale - UK Mobile (Midlands ideally)

We are seeking two experienced and driven National Account Managers to join different teams within the Wholesale/Off-Premise area.

By motivating, coaching and developing the accounts’ own management you will achieve the agreed volume and profit - ensuring company resources are allocated to deliver your agreed business plan & joint business plans effectively.

You will be delivering brand and sales plans providing a high quality customer experience that achieves greater customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the company's brands agenda and objectives to identify and execute priorities with the customer.
  • Grow the customer and own brands overall business in volume and profit.
  • Identification of growth opportunities and generation of new business through prospecting within the accounts.
  • Develop with the account/customer shared business plans and ways of working
  • Delivery of both P&L and balance sheet objectives, account communication and brand objectives in the defined area/customer base
  • Work on Joint Business Plans (JBP’s)
  • Some P&L responsibility for the accounts.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for 2x driven National Account Manager from an FMCG environment, ideally with experience in the Wholesale area (i.e. Landmark, Bestway, Bookers, Costco, Makro etc). Ideally you will have a strong academic background to accompany the experience.

  • Experience with Joint Business Plans (JBP’s)
