We have a fantastic opportunity for an EMEA Commercial Manager to join our vibrant, innovative and creative beauty division based in Covent Garden.  With the creation of this new group, we are flying the flag for four great beauty brands -St.Tropez, Charles Worthington, Sanctuary Spa and Fudge. We are passionate about creating best in class and affordable products.

Supporting the Commercial Director International and their team, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing the EMEA business strategy. Working collaboratively to develop sales, marketing and promotional strategies and working directly with the distributors/retailers to ensure sales growth.

You will be responsible for identifying new markets and sourcing relevant business partners in those markets.  Building great brand awareness and success across Europe and Eastern Europe, together with building and maintaining strong retailer relations.

We are looking for somebody who has detailed knowledge of the beauty industry with an understanding of all retail channels, Pharmacy, Department Store, Direct and TV sales and Salons. Previous sales management background with a proven ability to manage budgets and net and retail sales targets. Experience in pricing models together with proven experience of implementing new processes and procedures to optimize sales. Excellent analytical, sales accounting and forecasting skills are essential.

You must have proven experience in sales, marketing and product management. Working to tight deadlines you must be a driven self-starter, somebody who inspires confidence with strong communication skills with every level of the team. We are looking for somebody who is flexible on working time to accommodate time zone differences.

The ability to speak German/French or other languages would be an advantage. The role will require travel within Europe/Eastern Europe.
