A senior, data-led B2B Marketing role to drive compelling customer propositions for Brakes Group, the renowned £multi-billion Foodservice Provider.

Main responsibilities

The essence of this Director of Customer Development role will be to spearhead increased sales and profit from existing Brakes customers by targeting and motivating them with a range of compelling commercial propositions which will grow our short and long-term profitability.  Reporting to our Marketing Director, youll own the development, measurement and reporting of customer loyalty, using your understanding of customer lifetime value and loyalty metrics to model, predict and improve performance in clearly defined sectors and segments.  Key accountabilities include:


  • driving the shift to basket and range selling through grow & gain

  • developing a Nectar/Brakes loyalty strategy

  • using analytical modelling to deliver customer-led metrics

  • a strong focus on customer seasonal incentives

  •  

Ideal candidate

Educated to Degree level, youll have a significant track record developing B2B propositions within data-led marketing, preferably within foodservice or a similar B2B blue chip operator with multiple customers.  Your experience of delivering activity through multiple channels and to different customer sectors will encompass CRM campaign development, delivery and analysis.  Skilled at formulating, running and evaluating campaigns, youre strong on high-quality marketing analytics, in addition to budget management.  You can also bring:
