Job Details
A fantastic opportunity for someone either currently in a brand/assistant brand manager position or someone in customer/shopper/trade marketing looking to move into a brand manager position.
This position has real scope to make a difference - taking responsibility for developing and executing brand plans as well as utilising a range of data sources and insights to identify market opportunities and work with both trade marketing and NPD managers to grow the brand into new areas.
The business are owners of a number of premium brands that have reently experience significant growth within grocery retail and as such have led the way in terms of NPD within their category.
Some key requirements include:
- Experience of marketing within an FMCG environment - could be food or non-food
- Strong background in working with data sources - you will be expected to provide insightful and analytical reasoning for all brand decision making
- Some communications experience - managing PR agency, website content and mailing lists
- Gravitas to regularly present to board level stakeholders, and the confidence to back your decisions and recommendations
- Passion for premium food products
- A desire to work as part of a reaosnably small, entrepreneurial team
