Globally the corporation is a $1.6bn sales revenue business specialising in product areas such as surgical and infection prevention specifically for the secondary healthcare marketplace. There is strong business performance in the UK and Eire markets, currently generating c£15m sales.
The role has a high strategic content, taking P&L responsibility for the execution of business plans which you will develop in agreement with the Regional General Manager to whom you will report who is based in mainland Europe. This is a leadership role which requires setting the bar high in terms of stretching sales and gross profit margins, as well as driving focus and execution of key business initiatives, using strong personal leadership skills and key business analytics and tools.
You will be a highly competent business manager from an environment where standards of performance are demanding and where there is sophistication to the application of modern business and people management practices. You will be ambitious and seek to develop your career through this role and within the organisation.
