Territory Sales Manager – Watches

The business are a leading supplier of a number of well renowned watch brands with an excellent reputation across the industry. The company also design and develop own-label watches for a number of key retailers across the UK. Our client has enjoyed unrivalled success across the market with impressive growth in recent years. An opportunity has arisen for a Territory Sales Manager to cover a designated area across the South of England.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for the sales of a multiple watch brands already well-established in the UK. You will need to drive business forward across independent jewellers, small department stores and gift retailers. You will manage existing brands across the current network whilst also introducing new brands to current distribution. The role will involve a mixture of new business and account management including in-store staff training and visual merchandising.

In order to be considered for this opportunity you must have previous field sales experience ideally in the watch, jewellery or a closely related luxury goods industry. You must have a track record of delivering results and the ability to converse with retailers across the designated territory. The new recruit needs to be assertive, confident and good at building relationships with customers.
