Challenging opportunity for a FMCG NAMs/SNAMs wanting to make a tangible difference within a well-known consumer goods organisation.  My client is recruiting for bright, driven individuals looking to take genuine ownership of their respective accounts.

The business is globally recognisable and is a major player across a host of different consumer goods categories. With a demonstrable track record of innovation, they’ve shown themselves to be adaptable and have maintained their status as market leaders. Whilst constantly seeking improvement, they are keen to maintain their principles of accountability and autonomy within their roles.

The ideal candidate will be highly commercial and must be open to broad Account Management positions that encompass aspects of category management and trade marketing. You will also have excellent understanding of the retail space (grocery or high street) , gained within the context of an FMCG organisation. Most importantly, you will need to demonstrate the desire to deliver in an environment not overly reliant on process.
