Interim Sales Director

Reporting directly to the MD, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Director to take responsibility for all aspects of the sales function within our client, a £multi-million consumer durables business.

Your key responsibility in role will be to lead, motivate and direct the sales team across all trading channels. Your strategic vision and direction will be vital for the continued growth of this fast paced business. A hands on individual, you will lead from the front and be comfortable in dealing with major customers as well as championing change and development within the company itself.

You will currently be operating at Sales Director level or leading a Business Unit with full P&L responsibility within the FMCG or consumer durable marketplace. You will be focussed and results driven and a change agent.

This is an interim position that is likely to last between 6 to 12 months, although could become permanent for the right candidate. The role is southern based.
