“The Collective” is breathing new life into the yoghurt market and in just three years we’ve made a mark on the yoghurt category, we’ve achieved market share quickly with the UK’s major grocery retailers by bringing them high quality, fun, tasty innovation. Everyday we are winning ‘the hearts and minds’ of consumers as they repeatedly feast on our scrumptious, unique and ever expanding range of yoghurt products. With 4 major NPD launches within the first 6 months of this year, we’re growing at pace.
We are already a multi million £ business in the UK and growing fast, the increasing demand by more Retail and Convenience customers now means that we need to appoint another budding entrepreneurial sales manager to our team.
We are looking for a resourceful, bright, self-motivated and ambitious individual who started their career recently in a mid or large sized well known branded FMCG business and has gathered 3+ years of solid, structured national account selling skills. But right now, you may find yourself frustrated by bureaucracy, politics and process. You have a real hunger for being judged on your own performance and can see you belong in a team that thrives on everyone pulling together and where constant success is celebrated. To make the right impact, your experience has to include the fundamentals of account negotiation in Grocery or Convenience channels as you’ll be handed plenty of responsibility to manage your own customer portfolio.
This is an opportunity that will offer a great deal of personal and career support but expect to think on your feet and show your ability to make things happen. We are looking for a true sales entrepreneur who can win listings and build great distribution. On top of that you will see and experience how a small fast growing business works and feels!
