FIELD SALES MANAGER, WHOLESALE, North West/Yorkshire

What to expect
The purpose of this position is to motivate and manage a team of Professional Field Sales Account Managers and to deliver profitable growth within the Wholesale area of the Cold Channel by selling in agreed case sales per period, introducing new lines of CCE products as appropriate to the account and ensuring the account carries sufficient stock to support the subsequent throughput sales to independent retailers.
Responsible for:-
* Ensuring the team achieve set KBI's annually.
* Coaching and developing individuals to achieve their individual annual KBI's.
* Completing and monitoring performance appraisals, Performance development plans and Talent development reviews.
* Setting appropriate objectives for the team and individually that will support delivery of KBI's and monitor and feedback on performance against objectives.
* Interpreting and activating channel plans .
* Driving the team to ensure that customers have full distribution and availability on relevant CCE lines by ensuring that the team are equipped and capable of educating the retailers on the benefits of stocking CCE products.
* Ensuring the team gain commitment for National and Local promotions and in gaining incremental space of "Off shelf" displays.

- Previous track record of excellent performance and results in their previous roles
- Will be highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate individuals of different levels of experience and drive
- Will need to be a good communicator with the ability to process high levels of information into clear priorities for the team
