Sales Executives

Join us as a Sales Executive at Mondeléz  International and you’ll get to work with some of the world’s favourite brands, from Cadbury’s Dairy Milk and Oreos to Halls and Maynards Wine Gums. We’ll also give you the first-class in-house training you need to sell. What’s more, you’ll learn our all-important ethos of customer care, so you’ll be perfectly placed to help our customers grow their business.

When you strike out on your own, you’ll be servicing a client base of 100 plus independent retailers – not to mention chains, such as Londis, Nisa and Costcutter. Whether you’re helping with eye-catching visual merchandising or introducing our latest tempting treats, you’ll help to build the long-lasting relationships that keep your sales moving in the right direction.

Big brands need equally big personalities to sell them. So first off, we’ll be looking for personable, outgoing individuals who know how to talk to people – and have the professionalism to give our customers confidence. You’ll have a big support network to call on. But you’ll need to have initiative and take responsibility for your own targets. With this in mind, you’ll need a mix of business savvy, self-motivation and the drive and tenacity to deliver.

A head for figures will be a definite plus too as will an eye for spotting a sales opportunity. Aside from this, you’ll recognise the importance of a strong customer focus and pride yourself on giving your best at all times. Finally, a minimum 2:2 degree, a valid driving licence with no more than six points and eligibility to work in the UK before you start are essential.

As you might expect from a company of our size and reputation, we’re big on rewards. So we’ll do everything we can to support and surprise you with a host of benefits. To begin with, you can look forward to a mix of in-house training and on-the-job learning to help you make the most of your potential. We thrive on collaboration, innovation and sharing ideas – and this means we’ve built a lively and supportive culture which you could be part of.

In terms of the basics, you’ll start on £23,000 – and we’ll review your salary against performance every year. What’s more, if you’re based within the M25 and 50% of your clients are based here too, we’ll give you an extra £2,500. And there’s plenty of treats on top of that. As well as a company car, work mobile, pension and 27 days’ holiday, you can look forward to life assurance and flexible discounted options on everything from childcare to private medical insurance.

Company

Welcome to the wonderful world of Mondelēz International. A whole new company that's been reimagined with a single focus in mind: create joy.

It’s our goal to provide life's delicious moments by sharing the world's favorite brands. Brands that awaken the senses and brighten the day. Brands like Cadbury, Philadelphia, Dairylea, Kenco, Carte Noire, Oreo, Belvita, Bassett’s Jelly Babies and Maynard’s Wine Gums.

But there’s more to Mondelēz International than brilliant brands. We’re hugely ambitious to grow and become a global snacking powerhouse, fuelled by a fantastic product pipeline – one that’s being filled by some of the brightest minds in FMCG.

We can’t achieve it without talented sales professionals. Show us you’ve got potential and we’ll make certain you have the training and encouragement you need to develop.

Our size means there’s just so much scope here. And because we operate a single salesforce across all our categories, you could soon find yourself handling much more responsibility than you’d get elsewhere.

We think it adds up to a pretty compelling proposition for the UK’s brightest sales professionals. Join us – and let the joy begin!
