Business Unit Manager 

Salary: Competitive + Car (Or Allowance) + Bonus + Package

Location: Flexible

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Unit Manager to join our fast pace sales team.  You will be responsible for developing the Value Channel strategy for Burton’s Biscuits Ltd using knowledge and insights to drive business. You will have direct contact with key on line customers, our retailer brands and key convenience and Cash and Carry customers through the relevant National Account Manager.

The successful candidate must be commercially aware and have proven experience in either a National Account Manager/Category Development Manager position within Value Channel, with direct trading responsibility for a major high-street multiple advantageous.  You will have a strong background in people management, will be results driven, have strong problem solving and analysis skills, be innovative and resilient.
