Our ideal Retail Development Controller will play a critical role in influencing business decisions at a senior level through the creation and delivery of a regional sales plan to improve sales, cash profit and customer satisfaction.

Heading up a sales team, you will lead your team, manage performance and have effective succession plans in place. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has strong operational skills and is keen to gain exposure in a field management role as part of their future development.

Not only will you head up a sales team, but you will forge credible relationships with the Regional Director and branch management teams. Creating local branch sales plans, you will monitor performance by coaching and influencing Manager’s to deliver great results.

You will champion the voice of the retail customer, by providing constructive feedback to the business to strengthen the retail sales plan. Endorsing a customer service culture, you will be able to foster close working relationships with new and existing customers, creating a win – win situation for all, whilst encouraging your team to do the same.

Determined and ambitious, you’ll have strategic creative thinking, solid relationship management skills, with a strong commercial background, showing evidence of delivering great results.
