In this instance, our client’s brand is at the forefront of the fast growing and auspicious Electronic Cigarette and Liquids markets in the UK, with an excellent range focussed on premium quality, performance and taste, which has delivered enduring success in a challenging market. Experts forecast e-cigs could surpass consumption of conventional cigarettes within the next decade, and we are gearing up for the next growth spurt!
As part of the next step in their strategy we are bringing on a retail development team to drive forward sales and distribution nationwide. This will involve managing and developing retailers, selling in stock off the car, picking up stock from local C&C, as well as implementing key sales and marketing activities to ensure appropriate availability, visibility, promotion & pricing of the client’s product in a responsible way to drive volume and market share growth.
You will be responsible for a defined territory, focussing mainly on Independent and convenience retail, but will also support activity in multiple grocers, as well as wholesalers. You will report to the National Field Manager, and work closely with our client.
The ideal candidate must have good sales experience in this environment and able to understand the opportunity and challenge faced. You will be results driven, able and happy to work alone on the road, and be a strong communicator, determined, commercially astute, organised, professional and enthusiastic.
You must live on patch, and require suitable driving licence, references and checks.
