LG Regional Product Specialist - East Anglia

Position: LG Regional Product Specialist 
Location : East Anglia
Reports to: Training and Merchandising Team Leader 

You will be responsible for professionally representing the products and services of our client,a leading electronics Company, within specified retailers and at designated events.  You will need to efficiently cover your territory, within the parameters of an agreed call pattern (i.e. a schedule of graded stores, which must be visited on a regular basis as instructed by your manager). Assist outside of your territory and retailer call file, at the specific request of your manager, including Events and Roadshows.

The role will involve: 

Training and Sales Support 

• Actively communicate with and train store groups in order to sell and promote the client’s products/services 
• Build relationships with all store management and staff 
• Communicate the client’s key messages to all members of staff
• Carry out store specific objectives as directed by the client’s where appropriate
• Support new store openings and any other promotional activities
• Communicate feedback/issues to relevant departments using the standard reporting procedures
• Carry out in store training, on either a formal or one-to-one basis to include, new range rollouts, technology updates and range refreshes
• Develop new training initiatives and ideas
• Create training plans and programmes
• Plan, organise and deliver regional and local training sessions on the brand and services Merchandising 
• Implementation of merchandising and promotional activities to maximize impact of existing and new product launches
• Implement and monitor in store branded display within retailers
• Actively develop in store “moments of truth”
• Anything else deemed appropriate by either the company or client 
  Administration 

• Maintain strict mileage records and submit to Retail Marketing Group Ltd
• Submit monthly expenses as directed by Retail Marketing Group Ltd
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner as laid out in the Retail Marketing Group guide
• Collect and report data from stores to provide market insight 

Working week will be Monday to Friday, although you may be required to work evenings and weekends as part of this role. 

Interview for this position will be taking place the week commencing 21st April.
