What you'll do...

You will be responsible for new business sales within a defined segment within the UK Business Market (company size
Key Responsibilities:

  • To achieve set monthly targets in respect of new voice and data connections and disconnections as determined by the company in a profitable, easy to do business way.
  • Be responsible for identifying, developing and closing sales through sustained prospecting and activity. Fully understand the business, buying and decision making process of the prospects as well as developing effective relationships with key contacts in the accounts.
  • Understand and sell the whole product portfolio, including voice, data and new customer solutions as appropriate to customer needs.
  • Maintain a high awareness and knowledge of the medium market, including industry, competitors and telecoms and internal activities to ensure that all business opportunities are identified, considered and implemented appropriately
  • Provide accurate detailed monthly and quarterly forecast and ensure information on Sales Force.com is kept up to date.

  • Experience in direct sales and new business
  • Telco experience an advantage
  • An energetic and resilient individual with a will to close business and succeed!
  • An influential and highly effective communicator
  • A team player able to work and support colleagues across a multi-national organisation
  • A willingness to accept change and the ability to maintain effectiveness in a changing environment with ability to 'see the bigger picture'
