Job Details

~~The client is a global Home Appliance business who are renowned for their strong brand and market leading presence.

This is a new role due to storng growth in the channel and they now require a talented and experienced National Account Controller for one of their online customers.

This role is key in the structure and comes with two direct reports. The role is essentially to work as a focused Business Manager taking 100% responsibility of the account both internally and externally, maintaining and developing the already strong client relationship and together with the two NAM reports, motivating and developing the team to produce the required business KPI's. The main areas of responsibility will include Sales in and out, full financial control, accurate forecasting as well as working closely with Supply chain and Logistics, Service, Marketing, Store relations and Training.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have a proven track record in the successful management and development of an online account in the FMCG sector, ideally working with Small Electrical or large domestic appliances.

To be successful in this role, you would need to be a confident, self-motivated individual, who has a passion for achieving and for delivering a competitive efficient operation to the business. You will provide feedback to your direct reports and senior managers across the business and you will be confident within this environment. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills and become an inspirational leader for your colleagues to follow. It is essential that you are highly numerate with a strong commercial acumen.

This role would also suit a Senior/Experienced National Account Manager seeking progression.
