What the job entails.
As the successful Senior Brand Manager you will operate at a brand level to realise the vision of the brand, activate brand strategies, and develop NPD (Concept through to commercialisation). You will also be expected to create toolkits to inspire markets around the globe to get behind the specific brand. As the Senior Brand Manager you will need to have the consumer, shopper and expert at the heart – the brand that this role is responsible for has been described as an “aggressively growth” brand. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, and support identifying and developing global consumer insights, and champion the voice of the consumers whilst deploying the global brand positioning.

The successful Senior Brand Manager will:
• Have current experience in one of the following roles: Brand Development Manager, Brand Operations Manager, Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager or equivalent.
• Category and Global / international experience in skin care marketing.
• Be able to demonstrated ability to identify and deploy powerful insights that drive growth.
• Have the ability to understand consumers and to incorporate insights into activity.
• Ability to lead within a matrix organisation, integrating complex multifunctional efforts crossing multiple business areas.
• Preferably be degree educated or equivalent.
Our client is looking to anything between £400 - £500 per day (Depending on experience)
