Experience Required

• Extensive experience working in a Demand Planning and forecasting environment, coming from FMCG production or logistics.

• Deep and detailed knowledge of demand planning / sales forecasting and wider supply chain principles with a well-established knowledge of planning tools

• You will be educated to degree level (or with equivalent experience), preferably in a numerical or science based discipline.

• You will be highly IT literate with strong PC skills and an excellent operational knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the other key Microsoft Office suite of applications. You must have the capability to utilise Excel and similar data interrogation tools in order develop evidence based insights into the forecast

• You will be a highly analytical individual, with strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and the ability to communicate using various media applications across different levels of the business.

• You must be able to think strategically and proactively in order to influence effectively across a broad range of stakeholders.

Compensation - £35-45,000 plus bonus, pension, stock options and healthcare package.
