A unique opportunity has arisen within Arla for a Merchandising Manager. Working on one of our key customer accounts, this newly created role has been established in response to the ongoing collaboration and strategic partnership between the client and Arla Foods. This is a pivotal role in really step changing the in store customer offer that shoppers see and will involve working closely with the Commercial and Category Team in Arla Foods to deliver the right strategic offers in store.

Responsibilities in this role will include leading merchandising change projects across dairy as agreed between both the client and the Commercial Team. You will deliver all space and merchandising aspects of the agreed category strategies, eg, trials, fixture changes, space audits, layout and adjacency changes, identifying new projects and opportunities for improvement across Dairy merchandising

You will manage and deliver merchandising aspects of the Milk, Cream & BSM range changes in line with critical paths, creating a suite of modular's to support and drive all formats eg supermarkets, new regional requests and home- shopping.

To be successful in this role you will be a proficient user of JDA Merchandising software, Retail Link Knowledge and Skills would be preferable. You will be competent in Excel with strong numeracy and analytical skills, priding yourself in accuracy and outstanding attention to detail. With excellent interpersonal skills, you will be reliable and hardworking as well as being a fantastic team player.
