THE COMPANY: This client is one of the most successful and well respected FMCG business in the UK with Group turnover in excess of £1billion and a portfolio of innovative brands. They operate as six autonomous food businesses and each company has the freedom to determine and deliver their own strategy. This £110m business is recognised as a progressive supplier, which develops exciting NPD and has a vibrant culture.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: In this important role, reporting to the Grocery Director, you will agree the joint business plan and then develop strong cross functional relationships with the team at Sainsbury’s. You’ll lead internal category management, shopper marketing and financial planning resources to grow sales and market share. You will invest time to identify new opportunities and then work closely with their team to ensure that your plans deliver impact - both in store and online.
ABOUT YOU: You are an ambitious graduate with at least 5 years FMCG experience and are now looking for an opportunity to progress your career. As an experienced National Account Manager you have a track record of working with leading brands and exceptional people and you know how to achieve results. You are dynamic and ambitious - comfortable presenting your ideas both internally and externally. Your analytical skills are a strength, you deliver on your commitments and you are now looking for the next step and a business which can fulfil your long term ambitions.
