Joining our Consumer Business group, you’ll provide the leadership vision and strategic direction to drive growth opportunities in the education and independents markets. As you develop account plans, build strong relationships with customers and create imaginative solutions to support their success, your goal will be to maximise sales of a range of big name 3M brands like Post It©, Scotch© , Command© and Scotchbrite©.
A powerful communicator and negotiator with a proactive and competitive nature, you must bring proven account management experience, ideally gained in the consumer durables market. The ability to operate successfully in a large multinational organisation is essential too, plus a good understanding of the principles of category management.
