Job Details

An FSS Account Manager needs the initiative to make the most of the autonomy available. Working on The Health Lottery – one of our most visible accounts – you will have the freedom to develop and enhance the client relationship. Significant retail experience is essential, preferably gained within the Grocery or Convenience sector.

FSS works with some of the biggest brands around and our job is to make them even bigger. You will provide a vital link between Head Office functions and Field Sales teams, managing tactical client operations to deliver account profitability and client satisfaction. Working closely with Field Sales Team Managers, you’ll ensure that call coverage levels are maintained and that best practice is followed.

The Health Lottery raises money for health-related good causes within specific local areas. So it makes a real difference to people and it can make a real difference to your career too. By helping the account to grow, you will be able to grow your skills and take an important step towards an Account Director role.
