Job Details

As National Field Sales Manager for United Biscuits, you will ensure that sales standards are maintained across every region, achieving targets, developing teams and driving continuous improvement across high profile brands.

United Biscuits is one of our key accounts, with an unrivalled portfolio of brands such as McVitie’s, Jacob’s and Carr’s. So we’re looking for someone with a brilliant track record in achieving KPI’s, delivering sales and developing profitability. You’ll ensure that call coverage levels are 100%, that client service is exceptional and that there is real co-operation and knowledge-sharing across the account.

This represents an exciting opportunity to make a new role your own. You’ll come here from a similar role with significant Field management experience, preferably gained within a field marketing agency. So you will have demonstrable exposure to complex, fast-paced accounts, with the skills, expertise and capability to really influence and drive day-to-day operational success.
