Field-based – opportunities nationwide

£25,000 - £28,000 per annum + 10% bonus + car

FSS works with some of the biggest brands around and our job is to make them even bigger. Focusing on United Biscuits’ portfolio of brands, you will lead a Field Sales team and help maintain brand momentum in either the Grocery or the Convenience sector.

In-depth knowledge of either the Convenience or Grocery sector is essential, with a proven track record of sales management and commercial success. You’ll be results driven, energetic and passionate about retail, capable of achieving targets, motivating individuals, maintaining team performance and driving your own career forward. Excellent negotiation skills are vital, as you visit retailers, build relationships and capitalise on every new opportunity to increase brand visibility.

United Biscuits has an unrivalled portfolio of brands such as McVitie’s, Jacob’s and Carr’s. Once you’ve proved you can build relationships with retailers, deliver sales growth and consistently exceed your targets; you will have many opportunities with FSS.  The scope to move across clients, up into management roles and into Head Office functions is exceptional.
