One of our major clients is seeking a high calibre individual with the aspiration and talent to excel in this excellent NAE career opportunity. We’re targeting proven sales professionals who are looking to progress to management, while developing critical relationships with a Top 4 multiple.
Our client is a leading blue chip food manufacturer who own and make some of the UK’s most iconic food brands. As a result of an internal restructure they have created a new opening within their highly successful sales team for a NAE who can manage and develop the business. In return they are providing substantial scope for promotion and career progression for the right candidate.
You will:
- Help to develop and deliver forecasts, strategies, plans and budgets for customers and categories
- Work with customers to stimulate sales growth
- Identify and win new business for brands and own label products
- Measure and improve profitability
- Plan and implement promotions
- Keep internal systems accurate and up to date and ensure good housekeeping
You must have:
- A proven track record of successful fact based selling within a recognised FMCG environment
- Outstanding business winning and relationship building skills
- Commercial awareness
- Creative thinking and a collaborative team based approach
- A degree or equivalent in sales or business
