Job Details
My clients are a leading marketing agency whose aim is to deliver targeted customer communications focused on influencing shopper behaviour. They thrive on delivering exceptional shopper insights on behalf of their clients to drive shopping trends and increase sales.
They are seeking an Account Director who will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic account plans focusing on the best return for your client base in line with the overall team and business objectives. There is also the opportunity to initiate and develop senior networks across your client base, leveraging opportunities and mitigating risks to ensure delivery against commercial targets whilst maintaining a customer focused and highly responsive team offering exceptional client service. In additional you will be engaged in employee feedback and developing your team to achieve current and future business objectives.
You will ideally have previous experience in a business development role preferably from an Agency, Consultancy or FMCG background using insight tools and services. Ideally you will be degree qualified and experienced in managing clients and line management.
The ideal candidate:
Could come from a Shopper, Trade Marketing or Insights background from client or agency side (Kantar, Nielsen, etc)
