Job Description:
Due to our expansion, a dedicated Product Care Executive is required to join the UK's leading vitamin supplement company based in NW London. Duties includes ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained to a high level at all times, dealing efficiently with enquiries, feedback and issues. As Product Care Executive you will be acting as the first point of contact for customers and resolve any technical queries professionally and effectively, or redirect them appropriately within the organisation and ensure follow up to provide a high level of customer service. You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, and be organised, resourceful, flexible and responsive. Most importantly, you must be empathetic and able to communicate well on technical issues.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduate in biosciences or pharmaceutical sciences. While ongoing training will be provided, previous experience in a technical or healthcare customer service environment is desirable. A healthcare or nutritional background is not a requirement, but would be an advantage.
