Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work at AB InBev, with prestigious global brands including Stella Artois and Budweiser. Customers are the fore front of our business and we are looking for an equally minded individual with a passion for brands to join our marketing team. This role requires travel to the Luton office a few days per week, along with the flexibility to work in London.

The Digital Content Manager will own the content strategy for the brand, ensuring that it delivers the right content to meet its strategic needs in a compelling way that builds the brand's equity, brings the brand's ideal to life, and delivers against the brand's annual KPIs.
  • Annual content plan for each focus brand - Development of the 1 Year Plan to deliver branded content that will connect with the target consumers across online platforms.
  • Analysis of prior activity, market opportunities and construction of annual recommendation.
  • Daily delivery of content plan - Content strategy implementation and execution of the annual content plan to meet the brand's objectives
  • Briefing and liaison w content producers.
  • Facilitation of content approval process.
  • Campaign planning. Development of the integrated campaign and inter-agency briefs with the Brand Director & key brand team members; management of the briefing processes; development of the integrated campaign idea; and management of the branded content development process ('Content Factory').
  • Establish the research methodologies & tracking tools, in conjunction with the Insights team that will be used to monitor & deliver insights into campaign performance and adjust branded content strategies based on those data driven insights.
  • Responsible for own personal development actively seeking opportunities for self-development and also development of others




The Individual

Experience
  • University degree
  • 1 - 4 years experience in brand and / or media strategy / planning / content development
  • Experience working for or with creative , media agencies and publishing partners
  • Proven track record managing 3rd parties and building relationships.
  • Experience in media management and/or editorial content development and/or creative production, especially digital.



Skills
  • Strategic thinking capability; Strong team player; Excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Recognition of relevant trends - understanding the trends in content & technological opportunities to capitalize on new & emerging innovations in content development (i.e. crowd sourcing, etc.), dissemination and consumption.
  • Creative development - delivery of break through content, including the delivery of content on innovative new platforms, and the integration of those content streams across platforms, to deliver a holistic, '360' content blue print that reaches the target consumer efficiently, at scale and with impact.
  • Analytical ability - analysis of content performance, including recommendations for revisions & optimizations.
  • Executional ability - Project Management skills and experience; Effective organizational skills: planning, focus, discipline.
