Marketing Manager/Commercial Manager -Food and Drink

Our client is a brand driven FMCG company with a strong identity and presence in its field. They now have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join their company and take ownership of the Marketing & Commercial Strategy in this consumer driven environment.

Your role will be to deliver both marketing and commercial support and to drive profitability across the business. In addition to the marketing expectations that will be to showcase the companies products, drive sales, assist employees to over achieve etc. This will be a very varied role with high levels of autonomy and you will be both client and customer facing as well as being involved in commercial decisions and contractual negotiations.

You will be required to create a customer strategy as well as conduct regular competitor and gap analysis research to ensure your product is being targeted to the right people at the right time. You will be responsible for the Marketing budget and will utilize this effectively to create a dynamic market presence.

Already highly experienced as a Marketing Manger you must have knowledge of consumerism and brands. You must have a real flair for business coupled with strong commercial acumen.. In return for this incredibly exciting opportunity you will be rewarded with a salary of £50k -£55k along with company benefits.
